Where does Jesus stand in our life?
maybe we've lost it. just lost it completely. its not about the events planned, not about camps, not about service. its all about Him. To Him, Its all about us. But to us, we think its all about us. maybbe thats just where we lost it.
When your life is all about Jesus, somehow things just start to work themselves out. Seek first his kingdom, and EVERYTHING you ask in Jesus' name, will be given to you. not earned by you, GIVEN to you. doesnt that make you feel better? There's nothing to earn. Grace is undeserved, unearned favour. and that means, YOU AND I, BOTH QUALIFY. so let us stop trying to earn his favour! you cant earn it. you can only believe, because grace came through Christ, and only by believing in the finished of of Christ, will you be able to obtain grace! so would you rather live by the law, trying to follow the 10 commandments, when i bet you guys cant even remember all of them, and break the law time and again, condemning yourselves, or live by and IN grace, knowing that when you sin, God still loves you, he doesnt condemn you, and you ARE STILL the righteouness of God. New wine cannot be poured into old wineskins. by grace or by law. which will you live by ? any normal human would choose not to be condemned. so yea, if you're not normal, then er... yea. for all i know, i'm normal, and damn, grace seems like a much better option.
the one who loved me, gave his life, for me.
