My life today was not pretty boring....but today's post will still bout my day so yea.Mainly, today's post is about my favorite pasttime, no its not games but its FooD.......yea for those of u who got it right yea guess u know me really well....I went out in the afternoon at around 12 to get lunch and take-away lunch for my mom...so yea took a bus down to where?yea...'Still Road'..haha den when i reached i looked inside the Beach Road Prawn Mee stall and yea it was not full, maybe around 3/4...means i can get my food quick....haha so i went in...ordered a bowl of prawn mee extra chilli and add noodles....haha was really nice...by the time i got out, i was quite full...but then i told myself, ai ya since my stomach can take it eat some more lor!! So i walked over to the Chai Chee Ba Chor Mee stall and ordered a bowl of noodles!haha its really nice...both i give 5 stars!I had many happy memories there...Eating with ppl who enjoy food like Shawn Ng and Elmo! haha then playing a fool there...playing with my guitar....haha the ntake-away kway teow dry for my mom...i still dun see wads so nice bout kway teow...it tastes weird... then i was waiting to cross the congested road...i waited like 10 mins...cos so many crazy cars...i saw taxi drivers come to eat...'ah mahs' and 'ah sows' takin a cab down to eat the prawn mee... the prawn mee is so good even Uncle paul chan from church who lives in queenstown came all the way down to eat...even Uncle Joseph Soh came from town to eat there....The prawn mee is like widely known all over Singapore...But wads so good bout the prawn mee u might ask?the chilli is jsut hot and spicy nothing much....but wad matters is the soup...it is so tasty....i wonder how many prawns they have to boil to get the taste... it is so good that many people go back for 2nd and 3rd helpings of soup....but yet the recipe of the soup remains a secret...its different from other prawn mee soups.....people would kill their grandmothers for the soup recipe man!! haha...i tihnk their daily income is like almost 2k a day? look at how many people there are...housewives go there to eat, businessmen go there, even taxi drivers go there to eat!people who drive BMWs and Mercedes and Convertibles also go there....then after that took a bus back then was thinkin bout both the 2 stalls....i was thinking...the ba chor mee opens 24 hours can survive so as not to close down....the prawn mee opens at like 7.30 every morning and closes around 2 in the after noon and they have enuf moeny to even buy the unit next to them for eating space...how cool is that man...then as i was taking the bus back...i saw all the nice food....there was ba chor mee and prawn mee...then at siglap, there is a realyl good fishball noodle..den further on at Eastwood, there is Ali's BBQ seafood...the stingray there is how nice la....then over at sempang bedok htere is also very good fishball noodles....haiz...how i am gonna miss this neighbourhood of food man after i move to pasir ris next febuary...even the ba chor mee uncle recognises my face and askes me when i will bring my frenz back there to eat(he's refering to the Ba chor mee ppl i bourght that day and all the ppl i ahv brought ther to eat) Xue Xing ahs been there, so has Xue xing's fren, Joel mo, Shawn Ng, Eugenia Ling, Sam Goh, Serene Siau and many more.....haiz.....but i will surely come back to eat.....so yea will end here....wow such a long post...ok peace out guys!
